“Oh really, Doctor?” the Ambassador challenged him. “What is it that goes with Champagne?”

The Doctor grinned. “Truffles.”

The Ambassador laughed and got up to get some cups. “Yes, truffles go well with Champagne. And where pray tell, did you find truffles?”

The Doctor smiled. He took a small box out of his bag. “I made them,” he said proudly.

“What are truffles?” Beth asked.
